139: All about self-sabotage: What it is, why I think it happens, and how to begin reducing it in your life

Hi Soothers! Today I'm talking about the tricky topic of self-sabotage. What is it? Why do we fall prey to it? How do we stop doing it so much? I offer my unique take on how and why self-sabotage happens so often in the face of our goals and desires (spoiler alert, it's not because you're lazy or don't want it bad enough) and offer gentle tips for how to begin strengthening your self-trust muscle and moving towards the things you desire and deserve in life.
