The Sunday Soother
Welcome to a podcast all about authentic living, compassionate, personal development, and practical spirituality, geared towards the highly sensitive person. Catherine Andrews, the author of the popular Sunday Soother newsletter, discusses topics like self-worth, boundaries, emotional intelligence, ritual, spiritual and energy work done accessibly, and more. If you're interested in knowing yourself more deeply, living your life more magically, and growing as a person with space for wisdom and compassion along the way, this is for you. The podcast comes out every Sunday morning.
The Sunday Soother
247: Are you living a high-voltage or a low-voltage lifestyle?
Hey Soothers! I'm here to talk about our well-being and our bodies as electrical systems (which, spoiler alert, they really are!). This is why so many of us feel "drained" or "burned out" — in a way, we can think of our bodies as batteries, or lights. Some of us are well-charged and shining bright, and some of us are on our last 5% and feeling the effects. So how can we go from living low-voltage, tired, drained, to high-voltage, feeling vibrant and grounded? I talk about practical ways to start living a high-voltage life and share how I incorporate them in my day-to-day, too.
Also inside the Sunday Soother Membership in April we're talking all things getting unstuck. Sign up for $33 for a New Moon Journal Circle, a Tarot Teaching Circle, and a workbook with all my practices for getting unstuck (cancel anytime).
The Sunday Soother podcast is a spin-off of The Sunday Soother, a weekly newsletter that creates conversations around compassionate personal development and helps readers access their spirituality, magic and mindfulness in practical, actionable ways.
