45: Relearning how to date: Why we go about dating completely backwards and how to change it
Show Notes

In today's podcast, I'm back from hiatus, and I'm here to talk about dating: why we learn to do it backwards, why that's bad, and how to change it!

I go over my upcoming course, An Introduction to Intentional Dating, and all the elements and modules included it in: our subconscious beliefs and patterns that may be driving our dating lives; why we need to learn better emotional and nervous system regulation in order to date better; and how to discover and articulate our romantic values, the qualities we need in a partner, and more. I also give you an overview of my past dating life, how I moved from anxiety and shame and codependency to a healthy relationship with my boyfriend where we just celebrated our one-year anniversary.

This can happen for you, too. I promise.

The course starts in September; make sure to get on the waitlist for it here.
